A path full of achievementsthat began 40 years ago

1980

Cosma S.r.l. was founded, a company specialised in manufacturing enamelled cast iron and iron pan supports.

2001

S.C. Cosma Romania S.r.l. was established in order to expand production abroad.

2012

Cosma Trading was established with its headquarters in Shenzhen, China.

2013

S.C. Cosma Glass S.r.l. was founded, a company specialised in manufacturing tempered glass for ovens and cooktops.

2015

Glassy Grill Italy S.r.l. was acquired, a company specialised in the enamelling of cast iron and iron pan supports.

2018

Tecnoplast was acquired, a company specialised in the injection moulding of technopolymers.

2019

Tecnoplast Injection Romania was established.
Lampor was acquired (which then became Tecnoplast Prato Carnico).

2022

Cosma S.r.l. and Tecnoplast merged.
The Cosma Group was born.
